The thing with toddlers is they're not very big. Because they're not very big, when you're with toddlers you seem to spend a lot of time bending down, or kneeling down, or lying down, or reaching down, or ... you get the gist.
However, despite being not very big, they are also not very light - a fundamental design fault from a parents point of view. This means that when you're not lying down, bending down, kneeling down etc... you are carrying a heavy little person. And this is invariably when you are trying to do something else like shopping or cooking or eating or driving (perhaps not driving)... again you get the gist.
This means that if you spend a lot of time with a toddler you are very likely to be suffering from niggling back pains or aching muscles. If you do nothing about this the niggles often become more serious or more painful problems which, over time, may stop you bending, kneeling, lying and generally make life and looking after 'junior' difficult.
Give yourself a break, look after yourself and put a bit of 'me time' into your life. A regular BackOnTrack massage will help keep your back strong, keep you on top form and help you cope with anything the little rascals can throw at you.
...you really are worth it! (has that been done before?)
