Pete's a builder...and a good builder at that. He builds stuff.

He has his own business building stuff and thus spends a lot of his time lifting, bending, stretching and generally working hard whilst building stuff. As any builder or manual worker will tell you this can take a toll on your body, in particular your back.

A bad back for Pete means no work, no work means no money, and no money means no beer. As you can imagine he is very keen to keep working and to avoid any nasty injuries or niggles that might stop him working.

Regular massage, functional exercises and general help and advice from BackOnTrack helps keep his muscles relaxed and functioning properly which keeps him working, earning money and drinking beer. And if he does pick up a niggling injury we can help get him BackOnTrack (like it?) as soon as possible.

Happy Days!
